MiCHO Power Poll 01.27.10

Michigan State remains on top of the MiCHO Power Poll for the second week in a row after splitting with Ohio State last weekend.

Ferris State stays at No. 2 after splitting with our No. 3 team this week, Michigan.

Sitting at No. 4 is Lake Superior State, down a notch after tying and losing to Notre Dame.

The bottom three of Northern Michigan, Western Michigan and Michigan Tech mirror the past few weeks.

1) Michigan State (beat, lost to Ohio State)
2) Ferris State (split with Michigan)
3) Michigan (split with Ferris State)
4) Lake Superior State (tied, lost to Notre Dame)
5) Northern Michigan (swept by Nebraska-Omaha)
6) Western Michigan (tied, lost to Bowling Green)
7) Michigan Tech (idle)

Each week, MichiganCollegeHockey.com staffers will compile the MiCHO Power Poll. Contrary to popular belief, there is no coin flip involved. The poll comprises the seven Division I teams in the state of Michigan.
