Michigan Tech enters record books

By Andy Bourdeau/Michigan Tech Beat Writer

The 2010-2011 Michigan Tech Huskies will be in the record books for years to come for setting the record for the longest winless streak, which was broken Saturday when Minnesota-Duluth finished off their weekend sweep. The streak, now at 20 games, took two hits this weekend, in 5-0 and 3-0 losses.

A second streak is in jeopardy - scoring. The Huskies have been held scoreless for 207 minutes, just over half a game of setting the school record of 241 minutes.

The Huskies have nothing to report from the weekend. They need a change, they need something big to happen, they need a win...

The Wisconsin Badgers come to town this weekend and both above streaks have the possibility to continue to grow.
