USA Hockey today announced that defenseman Jack Johnson (Ann Arbor/Michigan) has been added to the 2011 U.S. Men's National Team that will compete at the International Ice Hockey Federation World Men's Championship April 29 - May 15 in Kosice and Bratislava, Slovakia.
Johnson currently plays for the Los Angeles Kings and will be making his ninth Team USA apperance.
Most recently, he was a member of the 2010 U.S. Olympic Men's Ice Hockey Team that earned the silver medal at the Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver. Johnson has also competed for two U.S. Men's National Teams (2007, 2009), two U.S. National Junior Teams (2006, 2007) and two U.S. Men's National Under-18 Teams (2004, 2005).
