Zach Hyman, the Canadian Junior A player of the year, has committed to Michigan and will reportedly sign on Friday.
Hyman originally committed to Princeton for academic and hockey reasons, but then decommitted when head coach Gus Gadowsky left Princeton to take over Penn State's new program.
A fifth-round pick last year of the Florida Panthers, Hyman, who turns 19 in June, posted 42 goals and 102 points last year, his third with the Hamilton Red Wings.
