SEASON PREVIEW: Northern Michigan

Head Coach: Walt Kyle (10th season)

Home Arena: Berry Events Center, Marquette

2010-11 Record: 15-19-5 (12-13-3 CCHA), lost to Bowling Green in the first round of the CCHA playoffs.

Goalies: Reid Ellingson (2.52 GAA, Sr.), Jared Coreau (3.71 GAA, Soph.), Devan Hartigan (Sr.)

Defensemen: Jake Baker (Trail Smoke Eaters, BCHL), Mitch Jones (Surrey Eagles, BCHL), Eric Walker (Trail Smoke Eaters, BCHL)

The Skinny: The Wildcats return their top three scorers from last season, including team MVP and UP native Justin Florek. Ellingson and Coreau both return as seasoned netminders and Kyle intends to split time between them early in the season.
