3) Lake Superior State (split with Miami)
4) Ferris State (shootout loss, win against Alaska)
5) Michigan Tech (swept Alaska-Anchorage)
6) Michigan State (shootout win, win against Northern Michigan)
7) Northern Michigan (shootout loss, loss against Michigan State)
Each week during the season, MichiganCollegeHockey.com staffers will compile the MiCHO Power Poll. Contrary to popular belief, there is no coin flip involved. The poll comprises the seven Division I teams in the state of Michigan.
