Michigan Press ReleaseThe University of Michigan announced Monday the appointment of senior forward Kevin Lynch as an alternate captain for the remainder of the season.
Lynch will join captain A.J. Treais and alternate captains Lee Moffie and Mac Bennett as Wolverines donning letters.
The 6-foot-1, 209-pound forward ranks tied for fifth on the team with seven points (3g, 4a) in nine games this season. He has recorded two multiple-point games and posted a four-game point streak (3g, 2a) from Oct. 27 to Nov. 9.
