Three in-state players All-American

Three players from Michigan-based schools were named AHCA All-Americans this evening at the Frozen Four.

Northern Michigan forward Mark Olver was a First Team honoree for the West side, while NMU teammate Erik Gustafsson and Michigan State's Jeff Petry were named the Second Team defensemen for the West.

All three gave up their final year of NCAA eligibility and signed NHL contracts recently - Olver with Colorado, Gustafsson with Philadelphia and Petry with Edmonton.
