We here at MichiganCollegeHockey.com are saddened to learn of the passing of former Wayne State women's hockey player Brandi Frakie.Frakie, who played three seasons in Detroit from 2006-2009, died suddenly on Wednesday in her hometown of St. Louis Park, Minn.
She was just 22 years old.
The staff of MiCHO sends our heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of Brandi, and also to the Wayne State women's hockey team and all involved with the program.
