Michigan finishes out the first half of the season No. 1 in the MiCHO Power Poll.
The Wolverines dominated from start to finish in the Big Chill at the Big House outdoor game at Michigan Stadium against Michigan State Saturday afternoon.
Ferris State sits in the second spot after a split with Alaska, while Northern Michigan moves up to No. 3 after splitting with Notre Dame.
At No. 4 is Western Michigan and Lake Superior State sits in the five slot.
Michigan State falls all the way to sixth, while injury-riddled Michigan Tech stays at No. 7.

2) Ferris State (split with Alaska)

5) Lake Superior State (split with Western Michigan)

Each week, MichiganCollegeHockey.com staffers will compile the MiCHO Power Poll. Contrary to popular belief, there is no coin flip involved. The poll comprises the seven Division I teams in the state of Michigan.
