The Finlandia Lions (3-4-0, 2-2-0 MCHA) dropped a pair last weekend to Wisconsin-Eau Claire at the Houghton County Event Center.
Mike Parks and Joe Lewis each had a goal and an assist in Friday night's 4-2 loss while Jamie Leffler assisted on both goals. Goaltender Joe Juntilla recorded 39 saves.
Saturday afternoon, Parks and Joe Welgos scored in the 8-2 defeat. Juntilla made 35 saves and allowed six goals. Tyler Bilton came in for the final six minutes and allowed two more goals.
The Lions travel to Marian (Wisc.) this weekend for two MCHA conference games. Game time is 8:00 p.m. Friday night and 4:00 p.m. Saturday afternoon.
