Warriors to get national spotlight

The Wayne State Warrior women's hockey team will be featured twice this upcoming season on the USCHO Women's Game of the Week.

USCHO will begin their third season of Women's games of the week with CHA powerhouse Mercyhurst facing off at Maine on Saturday, September 30 at 1 PM.

The Warriors first broadcast game will be on Saturday, November 25 at 4 PM against the Boston College Eagles at the UNH Tournament. Wayne State will then host reigning conference champion Mercyhust on Saturday, January 13 at the City Sports Ice Arena at 2 PM.

Brian Schulz will handle the play-by-play duties with a color analyst to be named later.
