Michigan was the first team to recruit a 1992 birthdate earlier this season when they got a commitment from Little Caesar's defenseman Jon Merrill.They got their second this week in Compuware bantam forward Jared Knight, the leading scorer in the MWEHL this season with 35 goals and 65 points in 31 games.
Both Merrill and Knight should arrive in Ann Arbor in the fall of 2010.

Someone needs to verify this because as a U of M alumnus of hockey this is not bindable. There is no way to proove this even happened
It's written on the Compuware 92 site. I'm sure it is not binding. This site usually has bona fide news, however.
