Huskies' skid grows to 16 losses

By Andy Bourdeau/Michigan Tech Beat Writer

Michigan Tech's winless streak was extended to 16 games this past weekend as the St. Cloud State Huskies won both nights, 3-0 and 5-1.

Tech's lone goal came from senior defensemen Deron Cousens' stick, which gave the Huskies their first lead since November 12, when they were up 2-0 on Minnesota-Duluth.

Josh Robinson was in net both games for the struggling Huskies.

The Huskies are expected to get captain Brett Olson back into the line-up for Friday's game.

MTU finally returns home to face St. Lawrence this weekend.
